ACES, Teachers' Day concert, Chemfire
and then I went out with Elyssa, who waited for me till Chemfire was over, at like 2pm. Thank you and sorry for making you wait so long! I am very passive. We wanted to have lunch at Soup Restaurant initially but we were damn hungry so we went to Sakae Sushi instead on the way to Suntec at Citilink. It was about 2.50 when we reached and teatime buffet only started at 3 so we had to spend 10 miserable minutes (alliteration! I couldn't even think of any during English Exposition) looking at the sushi that pass us by. Then finally when we could eat we only had 15 plates, in total some more, waste money la! But it was still worth it since we had a conducive place to talk, very long never talk :) After that we walked to Suntec 'cause we had to walk off the carbohydrates we had for tea, so we didn't watch any movie. Anyway Suntec has changed a lot, there were cool light balls and stuff. Went to Toys 'R' Us to torture plastic babies again, hahaha paedophilles! Some babies are super retarded, Elyssa punched one of them and it chuckled. Wanted to get bouncy balls but we didn't in the end, buy one get one free! Haha then we continued sight-seeing and saw this Build-a-bear workshop and it was damn cool la, but also very expensive. They even give the bears birth certificates, haha. It was getting late and we didn't have much to do so Elyssa went home. Thank you Elyssa for yesterday!
I waited for the family to meet me, so I spent half an hour stoning. I am very passive. Then when they reached we went to the IT fair (Comex 07) at the convention hall, fortunately it was not very squeezy. Went around to look for a new digital camera and was deciding between Olympus and Canon, and got Canon 'cause it was made in Japan, Olympus was made in China, hahahaha. And it was very valuable 'cause every camera came with free gifts, and Mighty Mummy managed to make the salesman give us a whole lot of extra freebies! Ok whatever, very happy I got a new one 'cause I've been using T7 for the longest time. Oh, we bought a compact photo printer as well, I can develop my own photos :D The salesman had really good charisma and humour, he helped us take a quan jia fu with the digital camera we were considering and printed it out with the photo printer we were considering too, hahaha. Then we got a laser printer as well 'cause the current one just died, but it can only print black and white. Haiya don't know how to print my performance tasks. After that the family went to somewhere in Chinatown for dinner, I still had sushi in my stomach so I didn't eat, was so tired I slept instead.
